Product Description

Evergreen conifer tree with a moderate growth rate.  Dense, pyramidal form when young and opening and broadening with age. Generally stout in appearance.  Sharp prickle at the end of each cone scale.  Bark is resinous.

Uses:  landscaping, hedge or screen, windbreak

Culture:  Tolerant of urban settings, drought, exposure, salt and heat. Will grow well in many soil types. Hardy. Candles (new growth) should be pruned in spring to maintain full dense branching.
